Greetings from the new Pope! Well, if movie nerds had anything to say about it anyway… I’m sneaking in writing this at work (oops!) so it’ll be short and sweet. On we go!

Hello all and welcome to another edition of Fun Stuff Friday, where we scour the web for cool little movie-related clips, drawings, collectibles and anything else that brings a little joy to your movie-loving hearts. I hope you enjoy it, seeing as this will be the very last Fun Stuff article we do owing to the world ending next Friday. It’s been Fun!

I’m pretty sure that title tells you everything you need to know about this edition of Fun Stuff Friday. The funny thing is that I tried to put this very post out last week only to run out of time, now it’s a week later and I’m still rushing it out! Where has all my time gone! Expect nothing and perhaps you will walk away satisfied…

Greetings Interwebs travellers! It’s Friday and most of you are (almost) done with work and school… So in preparation for the weekend, relax your mind with the best fun stuff I’ve found online just for you. Because I like you in that way.

Nothing says it’s Friday quite like a healthy dose of geeky entertainment brought to your attention by a movie obsessed nerd.

Featured in this week’s jam-packed edition of Fun Stuff Friday is some Star Wars art, a collection of retro action figures, a gallery of cartoon versions of classic films, a Yoda Vs Aliens showdown and much, much more.

So I though that all of the Star Wars art/parodies/mashups would have settled down by now, but apparently not. Instead they’ve intensified to the point where you can’t load up a page on the internet without being confronted by a Star Wars character wearing Mickey Mouse ears or some other equally ridiculous sight. There’s no doubt that this bombardment of Star Wars content will get old quick, but for now it’s harmless fun. Plus it means I’ve got plenty of fodder for Fun Stuff Friday. Whooo!

This week we predictably take a look some more Star Wars and Disney mashups, in fact, we take a look at a lot of mashups. But don’t worry, I also found room to squeeze in some Batman and Hobbit content too! Enjoy!

October is over and another Halloween to down, so it’s time to start obsessing over Star Wars, Lord Of The Rings and all that other geeky movie related goodness once again. This week’s Fun Stuff Friday features some predictable Disney and Star Wars mashups, a trip do Disneyland by Darth Vader, a giant Gollum, a cool in-flight safety video featuring the cast of Middle Earth, and much, much more.

Greetings mortals and welcome to a very special edition of Fun Stuff Friday. It’s October, home of everybody’s favourite haunted holiday. So to get you into a suitably ghoulish mood, I’ve dedicated this week’s Fun Stuff Friday solely to Halloween. So be prepared to come face to face to some amazing Halloween dioramas, some of the best jack-o’-lantern carvings I’ve ever seen, some impressive alternate horror posters and more!

What a lovely sunny day it is today in Sydney! And I’m cooped up inside on the computer, slaving away at my keyboard, bleary eyes scanning the screen to find some fun stuff for you all out there to liven up your Friday.
